Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, texture, finish, stone placement, color, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, collection, pricing, or service at any time without prior notice.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately display our products, actual items may vary slightly.

AAll content available on this Website, including but not limited to jewelry designs, product concepts, logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and website content, is the exclusive property of Twenty-Second Jewelry.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped from our Istanbul-based atelier.

Made-to-order items typically require approximately 7–10 business days for production before dispatch. Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier services, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery.

8. International Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Twenty-Second Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs regulations vary between countries.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and related expenses incurred by Twenty-Second Jewelry will be deducted from any applicable refund.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty:

• Personalized items
• Custom-made products
• Engraved jewelry
• Made-to-order products
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twenty-Second Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

All products and services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
