Buyer:
Any real or legal person who places an order electronically through www.twentysecondjewelry.com.

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product type, name, quantity, color, price, payment method and delivery details are as specified during the ordering process and confirmed in the order confirmation email.

4. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT

By placing an order and completing the payment process, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Product prices are as stated on the website.
Payment is made via credit card, debit card or other available payment methods on the website.
Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. DELIVERY

• Products are dispatched within the time period specified on the website after order confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company and destination address.

• Shipping costs are specified during checkout.

• In case of stock unavailability or force majeure events, the Seller will inform the Buyer.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unused

• The product must not be damaged

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Seller.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may exercise their rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or logistics issues.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable Turkish Consumer Protection Law.

12. EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement upon completion of the order.
