All of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 7–10 days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order is ready and dispatched, domestic shipping usually takes 2–3 business days.
For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.

Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, or everyday elements. This is a normal characteristic of real silver (S925 or S999). With proper care and occasional gentle cleaning, your jewelry will easily regain its shine. Learn more here.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight when not in use. You can gently clean your piece with a soft polishing cloth to restore its shine.

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as these may cause silver to tarnish faster.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g. engraved, letter, birthstone, or made-to-order pieces)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it.
