WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES?
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply at delivery. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
DO YOUR PIECES TARNISH?
All pieces are made with 925 sterling silver or 999 fine silver. Silver may naturally tarnish over time, but it can be easily polished and restored with regular care.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chemicals.

  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

  • Store it in a dry, closed box.

For cleaning, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
