Return&Refund Policy

We hope you love your jewelry as much as we loved making it.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the conditions described below.

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g. engraved, letter, birthstone, or made-to-order pieces)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund it.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
• Once the return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address (Istanbul-based atelier).

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
• If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. International Returns

• International customers may return eligible items under the same conditions.
• Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
• Any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
